5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders typically take 15 days to be delivered. While we strive to meet this timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Foxfurn is not liable for any delays in delivery that are outside of our control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy requires that customers provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened and any damage or defect found at the time of opening. Without this video, we cannot process refunds or returns. Please refer to our detailed refund policy for more information.

7. Limitation of Liability
Foxfurn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
