  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you.

4. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by FoxFurn.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, incorrect product information, pricing errors, or errors in the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are normally delivered within 15–20 days from order confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take up to approximately 21 days

  • Delivery delays may occur because of unforeseen circumstances.
  • FoxFurn is not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened and any damage or defect present at the time of opening.
  • Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process a return, refund, or replacement request.

  • FoxFurn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
