Return & Refund Policy

At Foxfurn, every piece is crafted with care and delivered with the highest attention to quality. We want you to love your purchase and have complete confidence in your order.

To ensure a smooth experience, please carefully read our Return & Replacement Policy below:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or wrong product delivered.

  • To qualify, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of unpackaging.

    • The video should start before the package is opened, showing the sealed box.

    • It must capture the full unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

  • Without a valid unboxing video, no return or replacement request will be entertained.


2. Replacement Only (No Refunds)

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

  • In the event of a valid claim, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer a replacement of equal value after mutual agreement.


3. Return Process

  • Customers must report the issue to our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and clear photos.

  • Our team will verify the claim and confirm eligibility.

  • Once approved, the product must be repacked securely in its original packaging for pickup.


4. Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Return

A return or replacement request will not be accepted if:

  • The unboxing video is missing, incomplete, or edited.

  • The product is used, installed, or altered after delivery.

  • The damage is due to mishandling or improper usage by the customer.
