- All orders are processed within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed in such cases.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
The total delivery timeline is 15–20 days from the date of order confirmation. This includes:
- Order processing & dispatch: Up to 7–14 days from order confirmation.
- Delivery after dispatch: Typically 6–7 days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Location accessibility and remoteness of the delivery address.
- Courier partner operational delays.
- Logistics partner availability (DTDC and other delivery partners).
Shipping Charges
- In rare cases where additional charges apply (extremely remote locations), customers will be informed prior to dispatch and given the option to proceed or cancel.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the following details via Email / WhatsApp / SMS:
- Tracking ID for your shipment.
- Courier partner name and details.
You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking information on the courier partner’s website or app.
Packaging & Handling
All products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of furniture items, extra precautions are taken at every stage to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Conditions
- Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address at the time of delivery.
- Delivery partners do not provide installation or assembly services unless explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.
- For large furniture items, customers may need to arrange assistance for unloading at the delivery point.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please share:
- Clear photos and/or video of the product showing the damage or defect.
