5. Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, customers must provide a clear unboxing video, starting from the sealed package to fully unwrapping the product, highlighting any issues. Without the required unboxing video, Foxfurn reserves the right to deny the return request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.
