Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To ensure a smooth return process and to protect against misuse, we require:
✅ An unboxing video showing the package being opened, from the very beginning (before removing any protective packaging) to the full product reveal.
✅ The video must clearly show any damage or defect found at the time of opening. Without this unboxing video, we will not be able to process refunds or returns.
